Back on Track

I was a good girl today. :) Motivated perhaps by a promo video that will be shot in May. That's one way to light a fire under me!

Breakfast: Dried apricots, one small square of chocolate, blueberry hot tea (sugar & skim milk)Snack: Bag of popcorn (one of those snack-size bags).
Lunch: Chicken breast on wheat with veggie cream cheese.
Snack: More dried apricots.
Dinner: 2 slices pepperoni pizza, Diet Coke, carrots.

Exercise: "Shred" AND 10 minutes of going in reverse on the elliptical machine. Look at me go!

I am going to go ahead and post this NOW so I won't eat a bite more!

  1. NICE! Way to make up for the day before..you could at least write all of what you ate in a regular font! :) I am going to post all of my weekend eats on the last one that you did....sorry- I have been busy with my family!
