I've lost two pounds! Amazing what can happen when you're eating a normal amount of food as opposed to what I've been doing!!! So that's 2 pounds down, 14 to go. At least 14 (pre-baby weight). If not 24 (wedding weight).
Day Three:
Breakfast: Grape Nuts sprinkled with sugar (forget baby steps. I'll probably always use the sugar. I love Grape Nuts with a tiny sprinkling of the sweet stuff!
Lunch: Cheddar on Triscuits. Butternut squash soup. Baby carrots.
Dinner: Okay, this one isn't my fault--it's what was served at small group. 1/16 of a Key Lime pie. I was serve a full slice (1/8 of the pie) but when I saw the nutrition info on the box, I gave half to my son. Also, some hot cocoa (also served at small group).
Exercise: Not today! I fell into bed after small group and couldn't move. Exhausted. Back on the horse tomorrow! :)

Lunch dbl. cheese burger mini meal + diet soda and probably more fries than I should have eaten
dinner- chips and salsa and beans and 1/2 of a grilled chicken burrito supreme with green sauce.
Hmmmm- not the best day! But I didn't eat a b-day cupcake!
No exercise to speak of!
I am so proud of you to lose 2 lbs.!! That is great! At my weigh in last week I was down .8 AFTER I took off my jeans and put on some yoga pants! Haaaa!
