Kelly's Gonna Be Maaaaaad....

Let me start by saying I'M DOWN THREE POUNDS!

Keep that in your mind while you read what I ate today. PLUS, in my defense, I worked out today. A lot! Mostly because I had to.

Breakfast: Sugary-sprinkled Grape Nuts. You know the drill.

Snack: Carrots, dried fruit, and 2 squares of chocolate with hazelnuts (which was before I anticipated eating a catastrophic lunch).

Lunch: 4 chicken McNuggets, fries, coke. Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned.

Dinner: Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, green beans. Peach ice cream. I'm so bad!

Exercise: Elliptical machine and abs.

So thanks to chocolate, McD's, and peach ice cream, I may have blown my 3-pound weight loss! Let's just say that today wasn't stellar. Tomorrow's a new day!
