Not As Bad

Day Two:

Breakfast: Some horrendous type of good-for-me oatmeal.
Lunch: Turkey and spinach on wheat with mayo. Small glass of fat-free chocolate milk.
Snack: Cheddar on triscuits, carrots
Dinner: 2 pieces pepperoni pizza and a diet coke.
Dessert: (Yes, dessert--I was desperate) a Weight Watchers chocolate brownie ice cream thing

Exercise: Elliptical machine and abs

Today wasn't quite as bad. Still had a headache, but not that "I-feel-like-crud" thing I had going on yesterday.

I think it's going to be about choices. I wanted hot cocoa last night soooooo badly but thought, "Nope. I had that dessert, so no hot cocoa."

Baby steps...

  2. Okay, first, I LOVE that you included the two bites of your child's quesadilla--I am convinced that 25% of my daily calories are from bites off my kids' food! Haha! Plus, El Jardin? Yummmmm. That must've taken willpower!

  3. I have realized that most of my issues are snacking too!! A bite here and a bit there!! I remember someone saying once that he realized he cleaned the leftovers on the kids plates too often...that is me!!
